Dosage form/Content

Use/Dosage
Shake the roll-on well before use. Then apply a thin layer to the lower abdomen and/or lower back. The warming effect and intensity may vary individually. A gentle warming sensation usually sets in after about 10-15 minutes.
Warnings
Apply only to intact skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to composites (e.g., chamomile). Essential oils may cause skin irritation. The warming effect of the product may be intensified by sweating or covering the skin. Keep out of reach of children.
