Flushing the nose with a saline solution is a procedure that has been known for centuries to gently clean the nose of dust particles and dirt, but also of allergens and pathogens. It is used daily to support the removal of potential pathogens and pollen, which can be a valuable aid especially during the cold and pollen season.

2.95 g pharmaceutical common salt
100% sodium chloride Ph. Eur. (Pharmaceutical table salt)

Use/Dosage
Dissolve 1 sachet of salt in 100 - 250 ml warm water and rinse your nose with it. The less water, the stronger the salt solution.
Warnings
The nasal rinsing salt is suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over when used according to instructions.
Do not ingest!
Never store residual amounts of salt solutions, as they do not contain any preservatives. Use one sachet completely per application.
Keep out of the reach of children.
The nasal rinsing salt should no longer be used after the best-before date.
