The polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contribute to normal heart function. Sea fish are a particularly valuable source for this. To achieve a positive effect, the intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA is necessary. With the daily dose of two omega-3-6-9 capsules, the body already receives 208 mg of EPA and DHA.

Omega-3-6-9 also provides vegetable omega-3-6-9 fatty acids.
