Vitamin K is a group of several chemically very similar substances, the so-called vitamins. Among other things, vitamin K2 promotes {{BREAK}} the "activation" of the osteocalcin protein. Osteocalcin is formed in the bone and binds calcium so that calcium can be absorbed by the bones.
