Vitamin K2 + D3 mini-tablets
Product overview
Vitamin K is a group of chemically very similar substances called vitamins. The physiological differences between vitamin K1 and K2 are regarded as proven.
Among other things, vitamin K2 promotes {{BREAK}} the "activation" of the protein osteocalcin. This is formed in the bones and binds calcium so that calcium can be absorbed by the bones. While vitamin D controls the absorption of calcium, vitamin K2 ensures that the calcium is incorporated in the right places in the body, i.e. in the bones and teeth. At the same time, it prevents calcification, i.e. the accumulation of calcium in those places where it is not wanted, namely in the arteries and other soft tissues of the body.
Vitamin K2 and D3 contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones. In addition, vitamin K2 supports healthy blood clotting and vitamin D3 supports a healthy immune system.
